On-line survey of community activists, civic leaders, and concerned citizens concerning the quality of life in Northern Virginia. Involved citizens are being asked to rate their community by answering a few simple questions.
The confidential responses will be summarized and made available to all heads of government in Northern Virginia in January 2000. Respondents may view the survey results as they are collected via an on-line analysis of data to-date. Invitees may request their removal from the mailing list.
