There seems to be some difficulty deploying SOAP clients.
To run, examples using the ActiveX client must have both MSXML3 and the SOAP Toolkit 2.0.
So far, I haven't figured out how to build a CAB with the required objects.
The supported release of the toolkit is expected in May.  Meanwhile, MSXML4 is in beta.


05/17/2001 - The "Gold" version of the SOAP toolkit has arrived.  However, it seems deployment requires the windows installer.
Pre-2000 Windows will require some software.  See the links page for this software.  The packager in VS6 doesn't use the windows installer, so I've got to ferret out what to do on this end as well.

I had not planned to tackle a JAVAScript client for a while, but that might be the quickest way to get a web deployable version.


A web service created in the Interdev environment
This calls a webservice on another local machine which in turn accesses the quote database on the ADA server.
