This is a web survey for collecting the opinions of No. Virginia residents.  This is pretty simple.  Respondents are permitted to register to see the results and, like many other web surveys, they can view the partial results as the survey is being conducted.  They can also remove themselves from our mailing list while annoying friends by adding them to the list.
